City Manager, Police, Fire, and Emergency Response personnel would provide specific, detailed information regarding safety, appropriate tools, evacuation procedures/locations, means of transportation, means of communication, procuring emergency food/clothing/supplies, and be available for a Q&A session.

Doctors, health care professionals, pharmacists would address pro-active preparation for various health issues and provisions for life-essential medications, i.e., insulin, and for equipment, i.e., oxygen/dialysis, offer first aid/CPR/CERT training, and be available for a Q&A session.

FEMA officials, Red Cross personnel, insurance agents, bank/credit union administrators would explain their various functions in explicit detail, making residents aware of practical measures that can be taken to offset devastating post-disaster effects, i.e., emergency savings, and flood insurance, and be available for a Q&A session.
